Things I see on a run…

While out my run yesterday, I passed a man and his wife going for a walk.  The man was on crutches and and was missing half of one leg.   I was so impressed that he was out there exercising and enjoying the gorgeous day.   Seeing him made me feel very lucky for my two strong legs and healthy body.   The things that I complain about (Benjamin having a short nap, Dylan dawdling when he’s late for school, etc) seem so insignificant in the grand scheme of things.
