Hi! My name is Sheryl. Nice to meet you and thank you for visiting my blog! Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am a lawyer turned stay-at-home mom and health and wellness coach. I am a happy wife, and my husband and three amazing kids mean everything to me! I feel blessed that I am able to work from home and not miss a minute with them. When my first son was born in 2008, my life changed profoundly! In the past 6 years, I have developed many new interests and passions and I am using this blog to share them with you. I just found you today too! I have recently discovered that my unregulated nervous system (for 25 years) has all been due to what I eat. I tried going off MSG 3 times before unsuccessfully. Then I finally went to a naturopath who helped me do it right! Turns out I have an intolerance to Almonds (one of my favourite foods) as well as a few other things. Now I have no twitching, insomnia, or hunger pains, and I’m not jumpy or moody any more. All I have to do now is find out what I can still eat! I will be trying your recipe suggestions. Thank you for posting
